Black mask degrading? :S

I recently got a black mask drop xo and im wondering when it goes down to 9 ect. Right now its at 10 :x +rep for answers ^_^

random, mine stayed at 10 for 2 task, then in one task it got done to 4. its random and you cant recharge it

It randomly uses 1 charge, degrading a monsters def stas as well as giving you the att n str boost

So it does it to a max o 10 monsteres then just give str n att bonus from then on
