Their used to be a thing called vBux it had lotto but it had a few exploitments so its gone,Im pretty sure their isnt a current lotto mod but try searching

When you rep power is on 0, when you try to -rep or +rep it wouldn't count for them it will just stay as 0 for them, it will not add up.
When you get power 1: it will starting adding 1 to their rep points.
