How do I add user badge bar things (read and i'll explain)

Like on Habbox,VIP bars.. well if I made something like that on my PC how would I get that put on their profiles like it is on Habbox?

I have access to AdminCP on a vB, so just tell me it as simply as you can and I'll find my way
