It might take a while, especially if you have to get certain skills and stuff for the quests. But, if you want it, go for it.

easiest cape to get. and one of best emotes.
but people put it down as it aint a 99 skill. but pfft =]

Im gona go for it first ill finish all the non members stuff then ill keep going on from therer trying to do hardest ones first so it like a walk throught for other quest
