Default How to prevent paypal chargeback?

Well I'm ganna start selling some stuff for paypal money. But is there anyway to ensure someone doesn't charge back or something?

Ex: I give some dude a top up-card and he sends me 15 bucks. How do I know he won't chargeback the money so he gets it back, and I don't get anything?

He would have to submit that something went wrong, then paypal would look into the situation fully before they reversed any transactions.

if you send something to someone, when sending it via post make sure its tracked. so if the person tries to get their money back, all you have to do is show paypal that the person signed for the item when they recieved it. then the buyer cant do anything as you have proof.

i think that made sense :S

With virtual goods, you never WIN.

you can't stop it, if the (buyer) uses a stolen PayPal account the owner has full rights to reverse all payment made.

overall PayPal is unsafe for virtual goods trades.

don't listen to people who say "I'll file a claim and cancel" cause it does nothing. It may not let them file another claim, but there's always the telephone.

The best way to not get your money charged back is this:

1.) Call paypal and ask them to send you links through your email about internet fraud. Have your buyers fill out the form with all the right information. If the information isn't right there will be an investigation on the case causing a fine and/or arrest.

2.) ALWAYS call your seller. I don't usually call them because I'm special ^^ If they can't call you or they won't let you call them ask them about a cancel and claim... If the buyer is credit card funded instead of verified or bank account funded it doesn't matter if they cancel and claim they can still get their money back. It would be best to just call them or fill out a form. Make sure the form matches the information with their paypal account. I'm probably not making any sense right now but just MAKE SURE all their information is correct. If it's the parents account talk to their parents.

3.) Threaten them:eusa_danc I used to say to most of the buyers I didn't trust "You understand that this trade is being watched and any internet fraud committed will consist of fines and/or time in jail." ALOT of my customers back out lol IT IS HILLARIOUS!! They get freaked out.

BE SAFE! Hope I made some sense

Baby, even my conversation is expensive. So if I were you, I'd pay attention.
