it's ok not to fond of the blue text , and it's alittle to plain, maybe keep those images ect and combine it with a layout like http://www.radiopanel.co.uk/index.html

Its nice and plane but its a little too simple.

Don't quote me on this because i absolutely SUCK at Photoshop but it does look like youve just got a few boxes, added a bit of text and lines...
