    Rockstar Games announced that a "modified version" of Manhunt 2 has received an M for Mature rating for ages 17 and over, and will be released on the PlayStation Portable, PlayStation 2, and Wii in North America on October 31.

    rockstar only did this to create hype

    they knew they wouldnt get away with the original, it just created headlines
