[Jinxed] Second report!

For my second report i've decided to have a look at some random normal rares! Heres what I got:

Higher than Habbox value
At Habbox value
Under Habbox value

Dj deck - Valued at 2HC

Seen at:
2HC - 2 times

After the ex-super rare was released its still doing a pretty well! Its at a reasonable price & is being traded often.

Throne - Valued at 41HC

Seen at:
43HC - 2 times
41HC - 2 times
40HC - 1 time

The throne is one of the few rares that have done good this summer. The price has increased dramatically lately, but probably wont rise anymore.

Petal patch - Valued at 3HC

Seen at:
2HC - 1 time
3HC - 5 times
2.5 - 2 times

Even after being released earlier this year, the petal patch's value has stayed quite high compared to other rares that have been released!

Monolith - Valued at 2HC

Seen at:
1HC - 3 times
2HC - 1 time

Not many traders have been buying monoliths for a while, although when I was looking around some trading rooms today I noticed they have started selling at the 1HC mark.

Dicemaster - Valued at 0.5HC

Seen at:
0.5HC - 4 times
0.4HC - 2 times

The dicemaster has been at 0.5 for ages now, I'm quite sure its not going to move!

Throne sofa - Valued at 1HC

Seen at:
1HC - 2 times
1.5HC - 1 time

The throne sofa has been dropping and dropping lately, its now gone to a new low of 1HC! Buyers are grabbing as many of them as they can, whilst sellers arn't sure wether to hold on to them or not!


Overall:
Some of the prices people are trading for have dropped lower than Habbox's values, but only by 0.5-1HC at the most.

Thanks for the report I like it when people have found a range of values. Everything has been done well, range of values, colour, layout, pictures, comments and a little conclusion. Great report - keep them coming!
