theres this loreal kit that i use (im a girl but it doesnt matter) its got a brush thingy with it that you can use to put streaks in yourself, my brother was going to get one. its easy to use and you can just do the tip of your hair using the little brush if you want to

There are a lot of kits out there to dye it yourself,
most with brushes that you just brush onto the tips,
however, if you havent ever done it before and want it done well
consider just going to the hairdressers?
    could be worth it.

I used to use that, you dip it in the blonde dye and then just run it through your hair.

I usually get highlights, or my hair done a lighter blonde & really I prefer going to hairdressers. They are the "professionals" so they can do it best in all places, though I've never tried myself.
