Does anyone know where i can get a WYSIWYG editor to install on my site? So anytime i want to edit a page i don't have to download it and edit then reupload it...

Google it, it's easy to use and there are code samples for different configurations. You can even get plugins that let you insert YouTube videos in 2 clicks.
