My first rares report on this account. Long time since I did reports. Last time I was reporting was in 2006 for Habbox


The Milk It Report- August 2007

After trading myself, and watching other trades I have reports for three items. Below see an image, their current Habbox value, the value I report, and the amount of times seen.

Summary

The Throne Sofa was once worth 2 CS, and over time dropped its price, however I have seen alot of trades at 1.5 for Throne Sofas, and have even been offered 1.5 for each of my Throne Sofas. Alot of people have been saying to stay away from this rare, however my advise is to buy now while the price is still low!


The Throne has shot up in price over time, however now sticks around 40 CS. When the price went up to 41 CS, I decided to investigate the trading value of the Throne. After investigating, I have found that people are buying Thrones for 40 CS. My main reasoning behind this is that users don't want to pay that extra 1 CS, and see it more of a profit for the seller. More psycologic. My advise is to buy for as low as possible.


The Red Dragon has never been one of those amazing rares, however a rare that most people have owned. I have witnessed this trading at 1.5 CS, the price given by Habbox however I feel that this value will drop in value as time goes on. My advice is to sell now.
