Wanted - Professional Hosting layout

Hello!
I have recently decided to open a web host. I have the hosting, domain and WHM etc, and all I require is a layout.
I tried using template box, but found when I edited some of the stuff, it came out real bad.
In return for this, I will exchange free webhosting. Depending on the quality of the work, will depend on the specs and the length of time you will be hosted.
I wish the layout to include

- A box with a banner saying "RCH-WebHosting - Different from the Norm"
- Either a tabbed navigation underneath or above the banner, or a navigation box
- A large content box
- A section down the right hand side of the content box, for latest news, packages etc.
- A footer so I can put various links in there.

It would also be greatly appreciate it, although it is not compulsory as I know someone who will do it for me, if the layout was coded.

Quick question, is it just webhosting or does it include a domain?

just web hosting unfortunately - although I'm sure I could stretch to a domain when I make a few sales.
