pokemon yellow help

okay i got it on gbc
and i only a beginner, is there a way to get rid of them tree things? also where do you find the hm things that u get when u defeat a boss?
this is so hard lol

Ask Google. I remember it being slightly like Red, Blue and Green, so I imagine you don't get cut till later in the game. You go to the Rock Gym, then walk towards the Water Gym.

yea i got the water badge
but ur supposed to get cut with it and i dont have it :S
same with rock.

Hmmm, I am doing this all from memory... You normally get HMs from special quests, like in Diamond/Pearl you get HMs way before you can use them and the opposite, you get the ability to use them but you are far from obtaining the HM.

HM 01 - Cut

Type - Normal
Description - Deals damage to the opposing Pokemon. Out of battle, cuts down
bushes.

HM 02 - Fly

Description - Your Pokemon flies on the first turn (and cannot be damaged)
and attacks on the second turn. Out of battle, enables you to
teleport to towns.

HM 03 - Surf

Type - Water
Description - Deals damage to the opposing Pokemon. Out of battle, lets you
cross water.
PP - 15
Location/s- Safari Zone - Hidden House


HM 04 - Strength
----------------
Type - Normal
Description - Deals damage to the opposing Pokemon. Out of battle, moves
boulders.
PP - 15
Location/s- Fuchsia City


HM 05 - Flash
-------------
Type - Normal
Description - Blinds the opposing Pokemon. Out of battle, lights up dark
caves.

To get rid of trees you need cut, to get cut you need to do this:

1. Get the water badge
2. Find bill, he will give you the SS Anne ticket
3. Find the captain of the SS Anne and he will give you cut
