Its not normal to have a 10 inch penis at 12 years old. The average for a fully grown man is between 5-6 inches.

There is no certaint size for anyone. It's possible for a 12 year old to have 10 inch...

Its possible, but he asked if its normal. A 12 year old with a 10 inch penis is not normal in my opinion.
