If a training spot is busy, try the same spot in a german server.
But I heard Lessers were good.

Well I done ogres 60-70, try a different world. They shouldn't be busy now because everyones going back to school. If not, fire giants are quite good.

you dont need to complete the quest to train at firegiants in the waterfall, only need to start it and get to where you go to the waterfall
