Barrows - Nearly Too Hard?

I think the barrows is nearly too hard... Dispense my poor friend was owned by torag.. he lost loads. They hits 29's on just about everything.. Is it too hard? What do you think?

Yea well i think it should base upon your level what combat your brother is.. Ie. Level 100's get level 140.. Lvl 60-70 get level 100..
You know i very hard opponent but not impossible..
All these updates always apply to those level 100's who have done quite a lot of stuff and not to us lower levels.. They need more updates for us Noobs!
