Normal Rares Value Report- September 2007

After trading myself, and watching other trades I have reports for three items. Below see an image, their current Habbox value, the value I report, and the amount of times seen.

Summary


The Ice Cream Machine is one of the likeable pieces of furniture and is liked even though its re-coloured alot. The Aqua ICM has been growing in value and has raised by 0.2 CS to 1.2 CS. I can not see this piece of furniture loosing value so I reccomend you buy now while its low, and you may just make some profit in the months to come!


The Throne has shot up in price over time, however now sticks around 43 CS. When the price went up to 41 CS, I decided to investigate the trading value of the Throne. After investigating, I have found that people are buying Thrones now for 43 CS. My main reasoning behind this is that more and more users are wanting thrones and thrones are ALOT more common than they used to be. The more need for Thrones, the more people are wanting to pay and they see it as a possible profit in the future. My advise is to buy for as low as possible.


The Petal Patch has always been one of those amazing rares, a rare that most people have owned. I have witnessed this trading at 3.0 CS, however no higher. Habbox has recently valued it at 3.25, but I don't think people are wanting to pay that extra 0.25 per Petal. My advice is to buy at 3.0 CS.


The Gold Bar is a funny 'rare'. 10 credits sell for 1 CS, so you would assume 50 credits would sell for 5 CS, however I have only witnessed Gold Bars selling at 4.0 CS - No more, no less. Habbox have valued this 'rare' as 4.5 CS however it is just not selling at that. My advice is to pay no more than 4.0 CS.


The Black Monolith is mainly used in gaming floors and help centers, and is a useful rare, even if it does appear to have errors some times. I have witnessed this rare trade at 2.0 CS, the same price given by Habbox. My advice is to continue trading at 2.0 CS, however don't ask for profit as your very unlikley to get it!

Thanks that's a very good report. The detail you've gone into shows your knowledge of the trading market. I'm not so sure about the aqua ICM as i've seen trades that would suggest otherwise but hey everyone spots different values.
