This is my 4th Report!

Normal Rares Value Report- September 2007

After trading myself, and watching other trades I have reports for three items. Below see an image, their current Habbox value, the value I report, and the amount of times seen.

Summary

The Jade Dragon, like all of the dragons is one of the most likeable pieces of furniture and is liked even though its re-coloured alot. The Jade Dragon has been sticking at 2.0 CS. Recently the Jade Dragon dropped to 1.8 CS however I have witnessed this dragon still selling at 2.0 CS - a popular dragon huh! I can not see this piece of furniture loosing lots of value so I reccomend you buy now while its low, and you may just make some profit in the months to come!

The Throne has shot up in price over time, however now sticks around 40-45 CS. When the price went up to 41 CS, I decided to investigate the trading value of the Throne. Habbox put the price of the Throne up to 42 CS however people are still trading at 40 CS. My main reasoning behind this is that more and more users are wanting thrones and thrones are ALOT more common than they used to be, and with that extra 2CS, it puts people off because of the current shifting value of the Throne. My advise is to by cautious when buying Throne, and maybe to stick it out for a bit until the price of the Throne is secure.

The Red Laser Gate is a handy little rare, however is not all that commonly used, even though its a normal rare. I have witnessed this trading at 10.0 CS, however no higher. Habbox has recently valued it at 11.0 CS, but I don't think people are wanting to pay that extra 1 CS, and this could be for many reasons including psycological reasoning or just the fact people don't want to loose furni when selling on. My advice is to buy at 10.0 CS.

The Purple Pillow is a common rare now adays, and while searching the trade rooms I have seen this trading at it's given price of 1.0 CS. I see this as a rare that could loose value over the coming months, however my advice is to buy buy buy!

The Green Para is a very old rare compared to others. A rare that has always been around 1-3 CS and does not change value that often. I have witnessed this trading at 1.5 CS, which is also the given price by Habbox. My advice is if you need it, buy it ;]
