Sulka Haro (Sulake's lead designer) is delivering a keynote speech at the Game Developer's Conference going on in Austin right now. He's talking about Habbo (and some rooms have even been shown off - could they be yours?).
Whether the speech will mean there's a big new announcement for Habbo I don't know, but I'm keeping an eye on the keynote's progress over at Joystiq.
