Mage longs 1.2k ea you can't really get the straight off you have to be patient but they will come.

if you're alching, its more profitable to get the supplies yourself, either by making your own yew longs, or nats. or whatever it is you want to alch. the less you spend on supplies, the more profit you make (kinda obvious)
