basicly at the shop down my road they have one of the paypoint machines that you get your phone topped up on, i asked for a ukash for habbo but they gave me a wallie :p
Basicly its 10.00 for lots of games like runescape,world of warcraft,world war 2,maple story,Imvu, and lots more and basicly when u go to pay say on runescape you click pay online then united kingdom then wallie is there click that then put in the code,so on rs is u putt he code in on the membershipp page thats 3 months membership,but on other sites u can buy items etc.
