Simple, small design

Done this a few weeks ago, cba to upload or put any copyright.

I was just testing some things out and thought i should make a design from it..
I realise the banner isn't a really a banner nor the font is good enough but any improvements or isit good??
So what you think?

I usually do pixel designs, I'm not too good at making normal designs
