Their are mixed reactions to these rares, they are traded for a highish price but sometimes are very hard to sell on.

Blue Swimming Pool
0.5hc - 1 Times (Brought 2 for 0.5hc)
Summer furni isnt doing aswell as i had expected peoples intrest in this has rapidly dropped.

Petal Patch
3.5hc - 2 Times
3.0hc - 1 Time
The Petal Patch has and always will be a popular rare but with its sudden drop people are wanting to sell their petals for what they paid which would probally be around 4hc therefore increasing the value

Aqua Wind Turbine
1.0hc - 1 Time
This seems a very unpopular rare but people still seem to pay 1.0hc for this item.
