You don't give their government much credit.. do you really think that the government of the most powerful country in the world wouldn't have ways of making people disappear and make it look like there was a perfectly reasonable explanation? They didn't bother with this because it's a load of crap. It was crap when they made it and it's crap today. Facts don't change.
