Hair Help needed!

I want to grow my hair, like this length. (I'm also getting the same cut as this




I have two questions;

1). I've heard that theres this stuff called "Hair, Skin and nails" Or somthing like that. That increases the growth or somthing. Is there really such a thing? Because my hair is pretty short at the moment, and I want it to grow A.S.A.P - And is there any other ways of speeding up the hair growth?

2). My hair is naturally really light. I want to put some colour in it when I get it to this length. What colours do you think would like nice for like, random strips/highlights. But I'm not allowed black, lol .

And not sure on the growing product thing though, my hair took roughly a year to grow to that length.

People say if you cut it, it grows back faster.

I grew mine for 2 years and it was 9 inches long, then I cut about 4 inches off it a few months ago and now it's super long again.

In theory though, it's stupid.
