Yer maybe blitz til frozen then dds them til k0 or if that dont work and its 1v1 blitz then run back so they cant att then keep blitzing til k0

you cant get away with blitzing and specing at lvl 102, its for pures.

depends where you're pking. any old mug can get lucky at drags but you're going to need a bit of skill for edge with those stats.

your range is quite good, i'd suggest you take a dds, blitz runes and a rune c'bow with a few d bolts, hybrid people at drags/mb.
