Database and Forms Problemo

Ok basically, I have numbered rooms on habbo, and part of the script needs to involve me assigning someone who registers a room number.

So I created a databse table..



I need a registration form which will then assign the registrant to a room number, put their name in, and ensure that the next person gets assigned the following room.

After that I need an admin page where I can clear the registered people every week.

Any help wud b great!
