A man who admitted urinating on a disabled woman as she lay dying in the street is now facing a prison sentence.

Hartlepool Magistrates' Court heard how Anthony Anderson, 27, robbed the 50-year-old woman of "any dignity".
The magistrates agreed that their maximum sentencing powers of six months in prison were insufficient and so they transferred the case to crown court.
They were told how Anderson shouted "this is YouTube material" as he urinated on - and later smothered shaving foam over - the victim, who had collapsed near his Hartlepool house.
Christine Lakinski, who suffered a number of medical problems, had been making her way home when she fell ill and stumbled into a doorway.
Anderson had been smoking cannabis and drinking at his home when a friend arrived on July 26.
They spotted Ms Lakinski, and Anderson initially tried to rouse her by kicking the soles of her feet. He then got a bucket of water and threw it over her.
The victim never responded and Anderson then urinated over the woman.
The act was filmed on mobile phone and Anderson then got a tin of shaving foam and covered her from head to foot before leaving her lying motionless.
The woman was later declared dead at the scene, having suffered a pancreatic failure.
Prosecutor Lynne Dalton said: "Although his actions did not contribute to her death it was appalling behaviour that robbed her of any dignity in the last hours of her life."
After the hearing, the victim's brother, Mark Lakinski, said: "We will await the outcome and just hope he gets what he deserves."
Anderson, who admitted outraging public decency, was granted unconditional bail until October 22, when he is expected to attend Teesside Crown Court.

What a kind loving man. It's amazing the help you get these days when you lay dying. He deserves anything he gets. Better be a good punishment.

That's horrible. I wouldn't even dream of doing anything as kicking her then going as far as peeing all over her. He should of at least called the emerency services, whether he was high and drunk or not.

sadly, altho what he did was imoral and wrong, legally theres only a few things the court can do and prision for a year would be the most of it

Tbh that guy is just sick, wrong and pathetic.
Imo he should be jailed for several years and forced to give money to the lady's family.
