Why are Hobbas so lazy?

I mean why is there even a call for help button? THEY NEVER COME! i have called for help a total of like 5 time in my habbo life and they haven't come once. I got scammed today with some kind of new one where they hack the furni and make it look like something in the trade book but is really something different in your hand...lol i have never seen it before but neways i called for help and they never come. I lost like 3 HC sofas and what does habbo care?..habbo and hobbas care nothing about anyone. I mean habbo gets enough money with all these people paying for furni..i bet habbo making literally 10's of thousands if not 100's of thousand of dollar on this habbo hotel and they can't afford good hobbas? I bet almost all of them work for free too! OMGosh..im just really dissappointed in habbo. Has anyone else experienced the same frustration?

There are a number of things you have to think of before saying Hobbas are lazy!

Number one, and probably the most important one is: They are VOLUNTARY, they give up their time to help you. They don't get payed for it or anything, so how can Hobbas be lazy if they do it for nothing anyway?

Number two, Hobbas need evidence to ban. They cannot just ban somebody with scamming with absolutely no proof. For example you wouldn't like it if you was banned for scamming, and would probably complain Habbo didn't have proof to scam you: well it's the same the opposite way around.

Number three, Hobbas DON'T have to come into your room, or to your call to answer your call for help. They have their own place where they can remote kick/alert/ban from, therefore you don't have to see one for them to be helping you. Technically they don't even have to be in the Hotel to use their powers! :p

I hope this post has made you understand a bit more that Hobbas are there for you, just sometimes you don't see it If someone has scammed you then you can use the Habbo Help Tool to report it, however without solid evidence there isn't alot they can/will do. "They are VOLUNTARY"..lol they volunter to have the badge but don't volunter to do anything. Like i said with all the money habbo is making, they can atleast have some security. If enough people say someone has scammed, you don't need much evidence to know that he scammed. I wouldn't of cared if the hobba came in and said "sorry but we can't do anything." Just the fact that they never come. I would like to talk to a hobba if i was scammed, not just one say to themself, he doesn't have proof, im not coming. I have been banned for no reason once...so i know they do that.

If they attended every call that they couldn't help with, then they probably wouldn't have enough time to answer the calls they can help with!

Also Habbo DO have security, they are called Moderators who work in 4 hour shifts to keep the Hotel safe. They get payed to do it, but are in the same situation as Hobbas -- They cannot ban without solid evidence, and do not have time to come to your call to tell you that, when they can be answering a call from someone that they CAN help.

seacat is 100% right about taht but he forget one inportent thing hobbas get around 1000 cals evry hour i think so there not lazy ther just busy sorting stuff out al the time and a nother thing hobbas are habbos like u and me the wana chill whit there friends in there room to somtimes

well we either need more hobbas or hobbas with no friends!

Hobbas will not visit just to say they cannot help you. That is a total waste of time when they could be helping out with another call.

Hobbas keep their friends list to a minimum as a matter of course - they don't want spamming with stupid ads like "Go to habbo's Casino - win 2x ur bet - it pwns" every minute of the day.

It does not help with habbos spamming hobbas consoles with friend requests.

GlitterKat and the recruitment department at Sulake are getting more hobbas soon, just be patient. It is a LONG process to ensure the right sort of people are protecting you.

In addition, think about priority, please. Scamming IS NOT the number one priority. Full stop. Illegal activity IS and hopefully you understand what that means! The hotel is frequented by minors aged 11 plus, who can be quite vulnerable to unsavoury characters. Need I say anymore on that subject..?

Just remember, if they can't make it to your room, etc. Then they MUST be dealing with something more important.
