    I play Football for a local girls team and I am currently going into my second season..

    There are a number of things I'd like to improve on but I'd like to start with speed..

    Does anyone have any drills, tips or anything I can do to make myself become quicker?

    Lots of short sprints maybe, generally improve on your overall fitness. I'm sure if you ask your coach, she could talk to you on how to improve your speed. With technique and stuff aswell.

    No it wouldn't, By half time you'd need to drink alot of water which would then effect your preformance. :rolleyes:
