    Easiest way is to upload them to www.photobucket.com an then post the IMG link it gives you

    I would actually reccomend www.**************** as their server isnt busy and uploading time is almost instant. Imageshack will convert BMP into JPEG which will ruin the image quality. www.iaza.com tho sonverts images to GIF
