Maths Question Help

I did this sorta stuff last year, and we had to do it again for revision, exept I wasnt in when we went over it, and i've got homework. I just can't seem to remember what to do.
Anyway, I was wondering if someone could help me..

I just need to find the formula for these quadratic sequences:
4,11,22,37,56,... and 3,16,39,72,115,...

I cant believe i have forgotten how to do this,although i do remember having to put 1 2 3 4 5 and then the differenced 7 11 15 19
