No tbh in my opinion i would buy 3-4k bronze arrows which is about 50k and go into the varrock sewers and kill the skeletons from accross the little stream, that is quick quick xp in my opinion. If you go to rock crabs for range its not good and fire giants you wont be able to hit on.

Make the iron knives while your at it. Cheaper and smithing exp.

Possible mining, magic, and crafting exp too.
