Why do you post rudely about Nvrspk and Mad??

It's not very nice that people on the forum are posting so rudely about people in general. But in many cases that I've seen around the forum I see people being very very rude to and about Nvrspk4 and ---Mad---.
Nvrspk and I don't exactly love each other but we get along. People seem to think that they need to despise the person who fired them.

People have also been posting with regards to moderators failing to do their assigned job correctly, in the sense that I am able to view these posts making fun of Mad and Nvrspk (also people in general) I would agree that they are not doing their job. They are doing their assigned job. But I think their assigned job should be more strict and totally remove posts that make fun of people (spam post should just be deleted in my opinion.)

Now, whether or not Mad or Nvrspk care about these posts that are mean towards them I am not sure. Though scientists say for every negative comment somebody hears, they must hear 7 good comments about them until they feel good. I'm not here to tell everybody statistics about 'feelings' but really, it's not that nice posting as rude as some of you do about people.

If you have a problem with somebody, contact the correct person appropriately. Don't spam around the forum about getting them fired, or make up conversations about them being racist.

So the feedback in this is that it is not fun seeing somebody get made fun of. (I even saw some people making fun of a girl who thought she was fat) The way some of you act is very childish and I think that Moderators should just remove the whole thing and not hesitate to in-fract a user. Then maybe if they get 3 infractions for being moody then they get a week ban.
