Sea Dragon Lamp - 1HC (Currently at 0.8HC)
I saw this happen twice in the same room and there were no arguments. The buyers were willing to pay.

Full Normal Dragon Set - 8HC (Currently at 6.8)
Only saw it once though.

Black Monolith - 2.5 - 3HCs (Currently at 2HCs)
I saw it go for 2.5HC once and 3HC three times. All in seperate rooms.

Throne - 45 - 50HCs! (Currently at 46HCs)
I saw it go for 45HC pure once, 48HC pure once and 50HC pure once. Seperate rooms.

Aqua Ice Cream Machine - 2HC (Currently at 1HC)
I saw go for 1HC once and over yesterday I saw it go for 2HC+ more than 5 times; I myself also bought it for 2HC.

I have also noticed that Deck Chairs are really not selling at the moment.
