First of all, I AM NOT CLAIMING THAT I AM DOING THIS. I'm just interested in what would happen.
Ok, here goes. Atm im 5 foot 9.5 and weight 168lbs
If I was to eat around 1500 cals a day, for a couple of months, and get down to say around 145lbs.
When I start eating normally, ill need about 2.1k cals a day to maintain my weight at 145lbs, worked it out.
However, I eat that much normally, on a regular day.
Does this mean, if I get down to 145lbs, and begin to eat normally, the amount of calories to maintain my weight.
Would I actually maintain the weight? As I'll be taking in the calculated caloric needs. Thanks for all replys ;]
