A poem for grandad Des.

I write this about my grandad des whom ive never met because he died when my father was 11 but someday i will meet him and my father will meet him again.

So many questions to ask.
To him i am a stranger
"Do i know you?"
brings a tear to my eye
The man ive always known
Is a stranger to me.
Im a stranger to him.
When i depart this Gloomy world
who knows what is next?
He cant come down and tell me.
Hes the stranger ive never met.
