Anyway I need some forum staff mainly at the moment as I want to get that sorted now:

Forum admin - Organises the actual forums - i.e. makes new boards

Forum Gmod - Globaly moderates the forums

Forum Mod - Moderates one forum

Forum support - Helps people with forum errors or problems

Forum stylist - Makes skins (temp job)

Reasons why I made a second thread:

1. The biggining of the thread did not reflect the end of the thread
2. Halfway through the thread someone posted about

"pay for the domain but that domains free!"
Which is very off putting for potential staff as no one wants to work on a free domain where this is a .com

I think you mixed forum manager and forum admin up though if you want to be forum admin instead then thats ok I guess.

Definition of forum manager:

Orginises forum staff, user levels and forum news

Forum admin:

Configures forums, sets forum permissions, orginises attachments, orginises the game arcade.

Could you possibly explain what a member of the User System staff does?
Do they sort out the errors that occur in the user system and fix bugs?

Definition of user sytem staff:

User system admin - Orginies coding on user system adds furni to shop etc
User system mod - Bans users, checks for swear words etc etc

User system coder - codes the user system durrrr

Might come up with some more jobs if the site becomes popular (unlikely)

hmm depends if you really want to put that much in the site then you can be site admin but the thing is you dont really start with vb cos the site might always work out then ure screwed but i suppose it could be sold
