Nice but that blue on the top of the boxes is 'icky' and I would lessen the difference between each bit in the content [between the blue and white]

I would add a small footer at the bottom with the same gradiant as the top, and also maybe make a logo that can go in the far right of the top gradiant.

Yeh its unfinished but I will be adding footer, logo and some other things.

Nice, I like it

Some suggestions (how I would do it):

• On the title, the words "a Freelancer", i would give them the colour you gave to "find", and the word "find", I would give it a nice light green/lime sort of colour.
• The blue background bar in your "Top freelancejobs" box, like where it switches from white to blue to white etc.. that blue, I would make it a lighter blue.. very light even so it has a smooth connection with the white.. if you get my point ?

Thats about all I can say.
Certainly keep working on this one, it could really turn out in something nice
