Left nipple tenderness

my left nipple has gone all tender and all like puffy not swollen puffy just a little bit bigger than my right one, and this kid gave me a nipple cripple in my right and it didn't hurt but when he did it in my left i screamed in pain and punched him as hard as i could it hurts like hell and its really sensivtive i don't know why any ideas?

Well surely its the breasts that would be big and he doesn't say that. He says his left nipple is really sore. We are not doctors - I think something like that should be checked out to avoid unnecessary worry.

Yeah, sometimes it hurts so I thought maybe he just got it or something? But in many things like this it's always best to tell a doctor, yeah.
