    It took 3 months for me to get a reply :rolleyes:
    Last month, they deleted all the mails as they cba answering them.

    It is pathetic; If there staff actually stuck to their job they wouldn't get a backlog of mail.

    I mean, the whole point disputing a ban is so that it is lifted before it is supposed to end (providing it was unfair) but if they reply to you 3 months down the road it is pointless, unless you managed to get banned again.
