Britney loses custody of children

Singer Britney Spears has been ordered by a Los Angeles judge to hand over her two children to estranged husband Kevin Federline.
According to leaked LA court documents, Sean Preston, two, and Jayden James, one, will stay with the singer's former husband on Wednesday instead of being returned to Spears.
They will remain with Federline until a further court order is issued.
The court document says: "Respondent (Federline) is to retain physical custody of the minor children on Wednesday, October 3, 2007 at 12:00pm until further order of the Court.
"Respondent's ex parte application is noticed for October 3, 2007 at 1:30pm in Department 88."
The order stemmed from an unspecified oral motion made by Federline's lawyers in a closed-door hearing.
Superior Court Judge Scott M Gordon's order did not state the reason for the change in custody and he called for all transcripts of the proceedings to be sealed.
Last month, Judge Gordon said Spears engaged in "habitual, frequent and continuous use of controlled substances and alcohol" and ordered her to undergo random drug and alcohol testing twice a week as part of her ongoing custody battle with Federline.
Spears was also previously ordered to meet weekly with a "parenting coach" who was to observe and report back to the court about her parenting skills.
Spears, 25, and Federline, 29, were married in October 2004, but split at the end of 2006. The pair, who have joint custody of their sons, finalised their divorce in July.
They are due back in court on Wednesday.

Surely with all this going on she should have behaved much better? I think she thought all her money and fame would be enough to kep her kids it worked for michael jackson.

I hope she never sees her kids again and goes through hell.
