Is it only the people who get selected that get a badge? Or everyone who actually goes through the teleporter into the secret room?

My room was selected to have a portal aswell, but atm I'm just standing in the room before the keyword room and watching the people arguing.

No you havent already submitted it
you can only submit the keyword after ALL portals have opened, it says in the story, look on the RSS feed
