I don't think the value of the Throne will ever become steady, it seems it will just continue to rise until people lose interest but to be honest, I don't think it ever will. Still the most sought after piece of furniture on Habbo.

Suggestion: Maybe raise to 48HC or even consider raising to 50HC to see how people react. I really am not sure on Thrones though.

There seems to be a HUGE demand for this item lately. Last night I sold mine for 4HC pure and I didn't need to persuade the guy who bought it either.

Suggestion: Raise to 3HC. I'll carry on watching this item closely.

It's selling well at the moment. Slightly above the current estimate. I've seen people asking 1.5HC for it but no-one has agreed as of yet.

I don't see this around nearly as much anymore. I guess a lot of them are going out of curculation with people quitting and being banned. I bought mine for 3HC pure.

Suggestion: Selling steady, although I can see the price for these rising in the future unless it's re-released because there are very few left on the hotel.

Still loads in circulation and no huge demand for them, selling at the asking price.

Suggestion: Keep at 3HC, nothing major happening with this at the moment.

These are selling very well at the moment and more than it's brother the Silver Nelly. People are willing to pay more than 6HC for them it seems.

Suggestion: Maybe rise it to 6.5HC. I'll keep an eye on this item though.

Very surprised with this item. I saw it sold for a Throne and 10HC which was amazing to see. I bought one for 8HC and I think I'll invest in this item. My estimate is that there are less than 500 still in circulation on the hotel so they are getting much harder to find which makes more people willing to pay a lot for it.

Suggestion: Raise to 10HC. I will definatly keep an eye on this item.

I've done this item just because I think that the GOLD PILLOW should be added.

Suggestion: Taking into account the addition of the Gold Pillow and the demand for the Green Pillow the whole set should logically be about 15HC.

Smoke Machines don't seem to be selling very well at the moment and people aren't paying the asking price for this one.

Suggestion: Lower to 0.8HC or 0.75HC. People aren't pay 1HC for this item anymore.

Selling slightly above the current estimate with people paying out 7HC pure for the set.

Suggestion: Raise to 7HC. Not a big difference but it's also makes it easier because people don't have to make 0.8 up. Selling well.
