You know, songs with no 1 singing

Can download them on limewire or any other download program just search the name of the song and put instrumental on the end

There are programs which will take the tracks apart and separate the vocals from the music so that you can get just the music for it.

Best vocal eliminating program imo. If you want good instrumental tracks then search "[song name] instrumental" or "[song name] karaoke" on bearshare or something.
