I have designed a new layout for my site in photoshop and need it to be coded. It doesn't need to have expandable tables. I don't want anybody who says they can code but only use the image ready tool.
All I can give at the mo is +rep and free hosting.

Post a watermarked image so i can see how complex it is. If it wont take that long il do it for you in iframes.
Need a domain but dont have paypal... not to worry. You can purchase a domain via text or home phone at XeoDomains.mobi.
