Default Whats happening in 2010, Education wise?

Me and a friend was looking up something about Sixth Forms, and it said 'Education is compulsory until year 11, but in 2010 that is changing' or something along those lines.

Is it changing higher or lower?

That's what I thought, well I hope not..

You'd get Year 9s leaving school because they still don't realise the outcome at the end of it.

    I expect that to happen.
The amount of young adults these days without proper jobs is unbelievable.
but i'm guessing if it goes higher alot more kids would skip school.
    It won't affect me anyway.

I'm sure it's this years year 7's have to stay till there 18.. when they leave in yr 11 they go straight to 6th form and it's compulsory. I dunno, it might be what that guy said above..
