I keep getting aches, and when i push my stomach in it hurts then. What could it be>?

Normally aches in the middle sometimes at the sides. When i woke up this morning when i turned over it felt like i twisted something.

My brother had something like this.. He kept being sick and everything apparently it was were he had torn some stomach muscles and he kept growing they wouldn't heal properly..
But to put your mind at rest see your GP
