My First Rare report on Ugawa (other account (Nia12) )

I havn't been on Nia12 for a while as I lost the pw and could never get it back.

Throne ( 45 - 45 Hc's) [Seen 5 times] Looks like the Throne is going down in price, not many people can afford them any more.

Purple Parasol (1 - 1.5 Hc's) [seen 3 times] Looks like the purple parasol could end up going up or down. Mostly seen in trade rooms or theme rooms. This rare was once at 20 Hc's then down to 10 Hc's before it was put back into the catologue

Green Bird Bath (2 Hc's) [Seen 3 times] This rare is one of the few that hasn't been put in the catologue more than once. This rare is mostly seem in Trade rooms for it decorative look.

Silver Bird Bath (9 Hc's) [Seen 2 times] This rare looks like it's going down. Again mostly seen in trade rooms, also only in catologue once.

Speaker Corner (1 Hc) [seen 6 times] This rare could end up going up due to the demand on them at the moment. This rare was once a super worth 10T then was put back in catologue.

Petal Patch (3 Hc's) [seen 5 times] I doubt this rares value is going anywhere. As this rare is mostly used in casino's to show off peoples worth it probably wont move value, less people can open expensive casino's due to the price of thrones. This rare was once at 8 Hc's then put back in catologue.
