This is what it says on the Habbo Hotel Homepage:

Who Can Use Habbo?

Anyone aged 11 years old or over can use the hotel, but players under 16 must ask their parent or guardian’s permission first. Read our Parent’s Guide to find out more.

So if you're 9 then you shouldn't be on the Hotel. Just because HotelScientist says you can doesn't mean you can! He isn't even official, he has a HC Badge, not Habbo Staff. So if I was you I'd listen to the Habbo homepage, instead of some kid running round, and stop advertising that you're underage, as you will get banned!
